Kaizen Concepts offers a wide range of personal training options. You can train with a group, at our private gym, train at your gym, or train in your own home. Whichever you choose, your program will be individual and continuously reassessed for optimal benefits. You may chose to be evaluated only once a month and they then work out on your own with a detailed program. Or, you may prefer a more consistent accountability with frequent progress reports. It is entirely up to the individual.
Kaizen Concepts’ additional element of lifestyle coaching includes involving a broader range of healthy behavior modifications. You decide what you want to work on, and Kaizen Concepts will coach, or guide, you to create the solutions to achieve them. If there are deeper, or unidentified obstacles limiting your success, these issues are addressed, and optionally counseled. Our training programs are ultimately created by you by bringing to light the areas in need of the most focus.
Premier Personal Training.
One on One, Specialized Personal Training developed for each individual’s goals. Suitable for beginners to advanced athletes. 30/60 mins.
Personal Training Buddy Program.
2 clients, in the same hr. A great way to keep yourself motivated! 60 mins.
High Intensity Interval Training Sessions
Absolute best choice for fat loss. Short, intense bursts of exercise followed by incremental rest. Minimum 2 sessions per week. 30 mins.
The most functional training for strength and over all body balance. Essential for optimal everyday living. All moves are low impact, focusing on lengthening muscles and increasing overall muscular stability. 30/60 mins.
Lean Mass Building Programs
Weight training for men or women. Increases lean body mass and improves body composition, which is imperative for fat loss, as well as over all health.
Significantly improves muscle and bone strength.
The most aggressive approach with maximum results. Perfect for getting in the best shape of your life for a wedding, reunion, vacation etc. 6, 8, 12, 16 week programs. One on one training plus detailed “at home” program and workouts. Additional menu optional.
Level 1: 2 one hr sessions per week.
